In-Home Services/Homemaker Program
Through the In-Home Services/Homemaker Program we assist the frail
elderly and adults with special needs to maintain independence within
their home environment and connection to the community. Clients
who qualify receive professional assessment and an individualized
care plan that addresses specific needs.
Individuals are eligible for up to 15 hours of service per week. We
are the only such resource in the area that uses a sliding fee scale
based on ability to pay.
Homemaker services may include:
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping and errands
- Meal preparation
- Caregiver relief/respite
Certain project costs have been underwritten by the Missouri Department of Economic Development, Neighborhood Assistance program and the taxpayers of the State of Missouri.
