Our volunteer visitors offer friendly visits to community members who are at risk of social isolation. They build rich, mutually rewarding relationships with community members in private residences, nursing/assisted care communities, and other locations. Friendly visitors receive individualized and ongoing group training from our Coordinator of Volunteers and our Chaplains, and receive ongoing support and feedback from our Chaplains.

All volunteer visitors must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide their own transportation.

We invite congregations, youth groups, and schools to take part in this program through visits, holiday celebrations, and intergenerational gatherings.
